We provide 1/4 lb. of each meat and a 4 oz. serving of each side per person, as well as our signature bbq sauce, house-made pickles, pickled onions, and white bread. All catering options include sturdy paper plates and a 6 piece plasticware set.

Our minimum guest count for catering is 20 people. 

Yes. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. If for some reason you have to cancel or reschedule, a credit will be issued for the deposit amount.
